Historic collaboration with the U.S. Department of Commerce: Chainlink made a splash by partnering with the U.S. Department of Commerce to upload trade data from the International Trade Administration (ITA) to the blockchain for the first time in history! 2 LINK whales are buying up LINK. Data from Lookonchain shows that whales have accumulated 938,489 LINK tokens, worth over $147 million. Additionally, wallets holding between 100,000 and 1 million LINK tokens increased by 4.2% in August.

3 Chainlink Reserve reduces supply, boosting price. Chainlink launched the Chainlink Reserve program, which reserves LINK from network revenue (such as fees from oracle services) to reduce the circulating supply. Recent data indicates that over 65,000 LINK tokens (worth $1.16 million) have been deposited into the reserve. This supply reduction has made LINK more scarce.
